Current Status: HC06 votepack is up. Votes due 2012-05-22, 11:59 PM GMT. There is one SunVox submission this round, for which an MP3 render is also available. (MP3s may not be archived once voting is over.)
HastyCompo 7 is going to use samples contributed from participants. It is tentatively scheduled to start on June 1st, with the deadline to submit samples May 30th. If you're planning on entering, it's highly suggested you also submit some samples! Full details available here.

Some rounds may have additional rules; please read the text files included with each download.
Tracking/Entering:
- it/xm/s3m formats only. No external plugins. (VST etc.)
- Sunvox modules are also allowed, subject to additional rules found here.
- Submissions should be kept to about 2 MB or less, after compression (zip or other).
- You may only use the samples provided in the sample pack.
- You can modify the samples, using any tool you want, provided that the end result has some sort of resemblance to the original sample(s). Try to keep in mind that this isn't a sample editing contest.
- Loading multiple copies of samples is allowed, as long as you stay within the filesize guidelines.
- Delete unused samples in your entry before submitting.
- Multiple entries per person are allowed, as are co-op entries.
- All participants must vote on each song.
- Submit entries to compo@quikphix.org by the deadline. If you don't receive a reply in 24 hours, try resending the email, or posting on the Schism Tracker board. Extensions are sometimes granted, if you ask nicely.
- Please put your name in somewhere in your module as well as the email text. Otherwise I'll just guess. If it's meant to be an anonymous entry, please indicate that in the email.
Voting:
- Download the votepack when it's posted, and listen to each entry.
- Complete the included text file by giving each entry besides yours a numeric rating, from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest). Or, order the entries in a list from your most to least favourite.
- Leave some feedback about the other entries! Even a sentence or two about what you liked/didn't like is plenty.
- Send completed form to compo@quikphix.org by the deadline.
